Terms & Conditions:
The issuance of the Luna Voucher is completely free.
The Luna Voucher can be used in accommodation and restaurant services, exclusively at any Luna Hotels & Resorts unit.
The Luna Voucher is valid for use for 12 months after the date of purchase. Once this period has passed, it cannot be used or reactivated.
The Luna Voucher is for single use, with no credit or refund option. For consumption higher than indicated, the difference will be borne by the Voucher Holder. If the total amount is less than the value of the Voucher, no refund of the remaining amount will be made.
Delivery is made by email after confirmation of purchase. The indicated email address must always be verified before proceeding with payment.
